Encore Film and Music requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking price to secure your reservation of the facility. The remaining balance will be due at the time of the booking.
Cancellations and Scheduling Changes
The client can change the date of his or her booking up to three (3) days before their reserved date. Two (2) days or earlier of the client's reservation date, the date of the booking is locked in and can not be changed.
The time of the booking can be changed up until 24 hours before the booking, limited to availability.
Time paid for starts at the time reserved, not the time of arrival.
When you book Encore, we set aside our facility just for you (we DON'T overbook!). Unfortunately...historically... more people than not cancel last minute, leaving us with empty time that could have otherwise been booked. We pass many savings and values on to our clients, and go above and beyond from start to finish.
Encore Film & Music Studio requires 50% of your estimate at the time of booking. We take your production and business very seriously, and only seek to be sure that you do the same.
As previously stated, bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 3 days ahead of scheduled date.

In the event that you cancel your booking 3+ days before your booking, 25% of your deposit is relinquished to Encore.
If the client runs over the time they booked, the price for each hour is the hourly rate that applies to the client's rental. Overtime is subject to availability. Payment for any equipment rented on site is due at the time of the booking.
Cyc Wall Floor Conditions
Our cyc wall studio floor comes as is. If the client's production needs fresh paint applied to any of our cyc wall floors, a charge for the price of the paint is applied. Prices are below.
Fresh white - $100
Fresh black - $75
Studio Green fresh Chroma Key Green - $150
If a vehicle or otherwise type object is driven onto any of our cyc wall floors, a charge of $50 is applied for painting over marks.
Damages and Cleaning
The client accepts responsibility for any and all damage to the walls, floors, equipment, fixtures, appliances, sofas, vending machines, and anything housed or affixed on or inside the studio during the time of their booking. The client is responsible for REPLACEMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT MISSING OR DAMAGED. The client is also responsible for returning the studio to the same condition as it was at the beginning of their rental.
Encore Film and Music Studio will accept responsibility for cleaning the floors (mopping and sweeping), and light cleaning after the client's booking has ended. All trash is to be placed in the receptacles by the client and/or production crew.
A $50 excessive clean up fee will be applied to the client's bill if the studio is not returned to an acceptable condition.
